These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the kahndesign.com website, configurators, and related services (the "Site") operated by KAHN Design Ltd ("KAHN", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Site without our prior written consent;
• use the Site in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site - including text, imagery, configurator renders, wheel designs, trademarks, and the KAHN® name - is owned by or licensed to KAHN Design Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights in our content by accessing the Site.

3. Product Information & Pricing

We aim to keep product specifications, fitments, and pricing accurate, but errors may occur. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT, fitting, shipping, and any applicable duties unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

4. Enquiries & Orders

Submitting a configurator or contact enquiry does not create a binding order. Orders are only formed once KAHN issues a written confirmation and you have paid any required deposit in cleared funds.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAHN excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will be updated whenever changes are made. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
